She's holding out what looks like a star. Its really her heart, I hate drawing actual hearts because that isn't where your emotion is from its your brain so I think that when you say "Have my heart" you're really saying "have my emotions"

well done on the wings. the detail is fantastic. i realise you dont add too much detail on the face though.. beautiful none the less
